Alternative Non Residential Services Directive and Certification:
On Monday 8/31/20, the Department of Developmental Services released the Alternative non-Residential Services Directive
More Information

The content of the Directive is similar to the intent of the proposed Title 17 changes. It offers guidance and support for providers to deliver services in a safe and effective manner.

Also released was Certification of Alternative Non- Residential Services - More Information

What does this mean for Infant Development Programs ( 805, 116)? You have a choice under the COVID 19 Emergency Regulations to determine the type of services (Face to Face, Combination of Virtual and Supports to Child and Family or Alternative) and your billing.
