LIVE Coach-the-Coach E.I. Practice with Stacey Landberg, M.S., CCC-SLP

Friday, November 13, 2020 | 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Water Can

This event will feature LIVE coach-the-coach practice with multiple home visitors and families. Together we will practice EI coaching strategies (e.g. problem-solving, reflection, observation, feedback, etc.) while we watch segments from recent mobile coaching visits between multiple families and home-visitors. This is a unique opportunity to support EI colleagues as we coach them live through this video self-modeling process. Video modeling is an evidence-based way to learn from our peers and strengthen our own coaching and routines-based-intervention skills. Please join our Community of Practice for this third coaching event in a series of ongoing monthly coaching/RBI live zoom events.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Increase home-visitors confidence and competence for supporting families and young children’s social-emotional development.
  • Discuss and practice using at least three coaching strategies (e.g. reflection, problem solving, observation, feedback).
