This event will featur e LIVE Coach 2 Coach practice with multiple home visitors and families. Tog ether we will practice EI coaching strategies (e.g. problem-solving, reflec tion, observation, feedback, etc.) while we watch segments from recent coac hing home-visits. This is a unique opportunity to support EI colleagues as we coach them live through this video self-modeling process. Video modeling is an evidence-based way to learn from our peers and strengthen our own co aching and routines-based-intervention skills.
