Provider Directory Update:
Step #1 for the directory is a data collection effort (e.g.: tax identification and vendor numbers). This work has been underway with the assistance of the Department’s contractor, Protiviti. These efforts concluded on August 30.

  • If you are a provider and have not submitted information, there still is time. Please see the survey link and call-in information on the Provider Directory website.
  • Service provider organizations must update their data as part of a greater effort to clean up information and transition to the new statewide Provider Directory.

Step #2 for the directory is service providers registering for the online portal and validating the information within each vendor number, including contact information, address, and local points of contact.

Incentives for the Provider Directory:
For January 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, there are fiscal incentives for service providers, depending upon how their current reimbursement rates relate to rate reform reimbursement rates.

One-time incentive payments
One-time incentive payments may be earned by all service providers that complete both Steps 1 and 2 by October 31, 2024.

Quality incentive payments as a portion of the reimbursement rate
Only for providers included in rate reform, reimbursement rates are established by two payment components— a base rate equaling 90 percent of the rate model and a quality incentive component equaling up to 10 percent of the rate model. Service providers included in rate reform who have a current rate that is less than 100 percent of the full rate model, are eligible for the quality incentive component if they complete both Steps 1 and 2. This is in addition to the one-time incentive payments mentioned above.
