This webinar will help you understand your rights and responsibilities in the event of an immigration enforcement (ICE) visit to a family's home, a child care center or a family child care home where you are providing early intervention or preschool services.
You will understand:
- Your rights when interacting with ICE
- Steps you should take if ICE appears at the center, home or family child care home
- Why you should have a written policy regarding ICE interactions
- What the policy should consider and say
- How to implement the policy

Cassidy Bennett (she/her) is a staff attorney at Public Counsel in the Community Development Project, where she works with sidewalk vendors, small businesses, community organizers, and tenants on individual matters and advances policies to create economic opportunity. Cassidy graduated from UCLA Law in 2022, specializing in Public Interest Law and Policy and Critical Race Studies.
