This presentation will provide an overview of Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention using caregiver coaching in early intervention.
Participants will learn practical, collaborative strategies to support families of young children with autism and social communication delays.

Yue Yu, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of California, Davis, and a faculty member at the MIND Institute. She completed her postdoctoral training at the UC Davis MIND Institute. Dr. Yu's research focuses on psychosocial outcomes in caregivers of autistic individuals and community implementation of evidence-based practices for young children with autism, with an emphasis on caregiver engagement.
